- Service fee: fee pay for us to arrange approval letter from Vietnam Immigration Dept., for your visa.
- Stamp fee: fee pay to get visa stamped on your passport at visa issuing offices (on arrival at international airports of Vietnam).

DEFINITIONS
- Airport fast check-in: Once you arrive at the airport in Vietnam, at times, there can be a large group waiting at the visa landing desk, meaning on a busy day you could be delayed for over an hour. For only $20 per person, we can have an agent meet you off the plane and arrange your paperwork for you as well as get you served first.
- Airport VIP fast check-in: Our staff will meet you at the "Landing Visa" sign with your name on the welcome board and help you to get visa stamp and visa sticker without queuing as others. After that our staff will assist you to the luggage lounge for taking care of your luggages. It will cost $80 per person.
