New service charges for India, China and Taiwan citizens

At present, these countries are more difficult to get visa to Vietnam. So the service charges will increase as follow:

- 1 month single entry: 30 USD/person

- 1 month multiple entry: 40 USD/person

- 3 month single entry: 50 USD/person

- 3 month multiple entry: 70 USD/person
